1.At KPOSCASHIER App, go to right panel “Manage Customer”
2. Key in customer membership number last few digits into search field. Then click this for search. Or you can click the search field and uses barcode scanner to scan
3. Please take note! If you receive this error message means customer haven’t fill in his profile. Please ask customer to fill in then only
4. Customer information will show out
5. By default, BrandK POS has setup your restaurant membership benefit at here
6. Click “Join”
7. “Success” message show. Customer has registered under your branch.
